The case is gaping at one corner because one screw is missing.
My flipper zero has a silicone shell and i need to take it off so the pins reach the bottom and Work..

sorry to hear your disappointments and complaints, unfortunately your issue of it not fitting in with a silicone case on is not exclusive to my product. its an issue with many, if not all, flipper boards with cases (because the case closes off the gpio pins into a very tight space).
as for the warping that may have happened during transit but there is no missing screws. it only has 3 screws due to the nrf24 module occupying too much space to fit a screw without damaging.
